It sure does feel good when the U.S. Inspector General finally validates the concerns that so many public officials and citizens have expressed regarding the BayWEB project. In a memorandum dated January 10, 2012, Inspector General Todd Zinser advises NTIA’s Lawrence Strickling of the (obvious) improprieties related to the $50.6M BTOP grant intended to fund the Bay Area’s broadband LTE project for public safety agencies.
